1. application for the establishment of the foreign investment enterprise;
2. project application report and documents necessary for project review and approval;
3. contracts and articles of association of the foreign investment enterprise signed by the legal representative of each party in the investment (sole proprietorship only needs to submit is articles of association);
4. list of candidates of chairman, deputy chairman and directors of the foreign investment enterprise appointed by each party in the investment, and letters of appointment;
5. registration certificate or certificate of identification of a natural person, credit certificate, valid certificate of a legal representative of each party in the investment;
6. Enterprise name pre-approval notice;
7. in terms of projects involving state-owned assets, state-owned asset appraisal documents and documents necessary for filing;
8. other documents (site, evaluation on influence on the environment) required to be submitted by the review and approval organ.
